WinCodec 1.01
Are you tired of getting rude remarks from the media player that you don’t have the right codec to watch the movie you’re trying to open? Don’t fret, with WinCodec you get the information you need to go get the right codec by yourself.
WinCodec can be used as a stand-alone application, where you browse files to check, or you can associate it with .avi files in your explorer. In the associated form the program simply shows a message box and doesn’t start the whole application.
