Kudos to Apple, they finally decided to put their feet down. I knew there was a reason why all the newer SmartPhones had a similar look and feel. At the time I really couldn’t put a finger on it…but now it’s dawned on me… =) j/p I think when this is all said and done, and the dust have settled, Apple will have created a bigger and better device, and someone else will once again be playing catch up and trying to replicate Apple’s success.

Apple waves the ban hammer again, this time banning an education app because the app used the word “android” in it’s decription. The guy was simply trying to explain in his app descr that the app did good in an android apps competition so that people would try it out. Apple’s communistic approach continues.

I have looked high and low for an app that will easily create a bootable Windows 7 installation flash drive, and BootSage worked perfectly! Even under Windows XP.

Too bad A Bootable USB doesn’t work under Window XP. I found a utility called BootSage yesterday that runs under any host OS from XP, and creates both Win7 and WinPE bootable USB environments.

A good friend of mine moved in with her boyfriend and his son, and now wants to use her iPod on his computer as well. It’s annoying to have to switch users just to use your ipod – and if you make a mistake once, iTunes will synch the wrong iPod. There is only one complete solution to this, and it would be great if I could give her CopyTrans as a present.

I downloaded the beta on my work PC, added extensions, and all seems to work flawlessly right now. I have not notice any slowdown in performance at all.

The Mac version does lack extensions and themes but OMG is it fast!! The browser is blazing on my mac and I have made it my default browser to see how well it will hold up consistent use.
