This software is NOT free software as the company claims. They say they offer free registration but it is a lie. So this is just a trial.
The program will not let you run more than twice without registering, and it gives you a link for “free registration”. Then when you go to their site to register for “free”, they make you give your name and email, which they probably sell, and then tell you “The free registration has been closed for the huge website traffic” and you have to buy the “full version” for $19.99.
Every site featuring software from this company (Smallsoft) touts their “free registration” but they are complete liars. They misrepresent their software as freeware when it is not. Smallsoft is a dishonest company whose products should be avoided.

I refuse to ever buy or use anything from Smallsoft, as they are dishonest and misleading.

Sorry for the “negativity” LOL. You don’t need their junk anyway, try these instead-
DVDFlick will go all the way from FLV to mpeg-2 and encode with the same accuracy as FREEZ, using FFMpeg and other opensource programs, it is really free, has a quick learning curve.
Also FLV Extract will rip mp3s from any FLV like lightning..Literally One hour FLV demuxed into AVI and clear mp3 in under ONE MINUTE. Must have your windows OS fortified with additional files (dotnet and Direct X I think) in some cases..

This program was awesome while it was working, but of course the “free” aspect was too good to be true. There is just too much deception on the internet.
