Microsoft Courier shows its stripes

Microsoft’s rumored tablet-like device is very real, where it will be known as the Courier. Currently in the late prototype stage of development, it will come in the form of a booklet, featuring two multitouch-capable displays that were specially designed for writing, flicking as well as drawing using a stylus. Needless to say, you can also use your fingers if you want to, but that won’t give you very nice pictures if you’re a stickler for detail. Both displays are connected by a hinge which will house a solitary home button, just like the iPhone. Essential information including battery life, status description and wireless signal strength are displayed along the rim on one of the displays.
