Apple made it easier for millions of iPhone fans. The Hong Kong lovers of Apple’s iPhone could now acquire their unlocked version of their favorite handset directly via the company’s website.
The phone can be used with any of the Hong Kong carriers, as the statement on the website say: “iPhone 3G purchased at the Apple Online Store can be activated with any wireless carrier. Simply insert the SIM from your current phone into iPhone 3G and connect to iTunes 8 to complete activation.”
