Yahoo claims to have seen a notable jump in the amount of traffic on its VoIP phone service during the Skype outage, mimicking the results announced last week by VoIP operator Jajah.
Yahoo would not disclose the exact figures because of its policy of not sharing internal data, but Yahoo spokeswoman Monica Ma told vnunet.com that the rise was “substantial”.
