The purpose of Win TempCleaner is to clear the contents of the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USERNAME\Local Settings\Temp

Doing so manually can be time consuming, especially if you have a lot of files and folders in there.

This cleaner is great for use with Install Shield Errors 1316, 1603 & 1706

The applet loops through all the files and folders contained in that path and determines if they can be deleted. If they can, they are and if they cannot, they are left behind.
