ServersCheck Monitoring Software is a browser-based network monitoring tool. It monitors, reports on, and alerts as to system availability and performance.

ServersCheck’s Monitoring Software supports over 45 different type of checks:
it can monitor TCP ports, HTTP, FTP, DNS, check ODBC-compliant databases, execute SQL statements, trap SNMP values, check content in URLs, and verify the existence of URLs. It monitors SMTP and POP3 systems. It also checks the availability of Lotus Notes databases.

On Windows platforms it also checks for disk space, NT services, processes, the CPU, and memory, and scans the event log. On Linux it monitors process availability, disk space and available memory.

When an outage occurs, it can alert you via voice phone (text-to-speech), e-mail, pager, SMS, MSN, HTTP, or network message, and execute an application, start a service, or reboot a server. Additional features include customizable HTML reports and graphs.

ServersCheck’s Monitoring Software runs on Windows 2003/2000/XP/Vista based systems and can monitor any OS based system or device (Windows, Linux, Unix, MacOs, FreeBSD, …).
