HFSLIP is an open source utility designed to update a Windows 2000, XP or 2003 installation source with the latest hotfixes. The binaries (individual files) of fully supported hotfixes are slipstreamed directly. This means that original files are being replaced with the newer versions present in the hotfix executables you can obtain from the Microsoft Download Center. In the rare occasion that a hotfix isn’t supported (usually because of it being a non-standard package or requiring a special installation procedure), it is integrated instead. HFSLIP leaves these uncommon hotfixes or updates as they are and places them in the SVCPACK folder, to be installed automatically near the end of Windows setup.
The HFSLIP project focuses on critical updates reported by the Windows Update or Microsoft Update web sites. However, all optional updates that show on those sites are currently supported.
For experts and “advanced users” alike, HFSLIP offers additional features such as removing Internet Explorer from Windows 2000 (courtesy of Fred Vorck), reduction of your Windows source, individual source file replacement, codecs slipstreaming, support for “Application Addons”, and many more.

In addition to its primary function - transferring a screen’s image from another computer - Radmin takes care of other things administrators and regular users need to do often.
Radmin makes copying files between computers very easy. Using Radmin’s file transfer mode, you can copy a file to or from a computer a thousands miles away that is not on the same network. Before Radmin you had to use an intermediate FTP server or LAN file server, fiddle with email attachments or even move the files manually on CD-RW or floppies. Radmin lets you securely copy them directly, via an explorer like interface.
Another very useful feature of Radmin is that you can connect to a remote computer in Telnet mode. This lets you work on the remote computer through command-line so only text commands are transferred (input stream) to it and received (output stream) from it. This allows you to not interfere with a user operating the remote computer, but to work concurrently and independently - it’s almost like a terminal service (only limited to command-line mode). A huge bonus with this method is traffic economy, which is thousands of times less than graphical mode.
Radmin Viewer 3 offers fresh Windows Vista/XP-styled user interface and a lot of useful features.
Requirements:
» Needs to be installed on the local computer
» Supports Windows Vista/XP/2008/2003/2000/ME/98/95/NT4.0 (32-bit and 64-bit)

When Windows loads it’s Startup file, it attempts to load every program in there at the same time. Therefore if you have quite a lot of programs starting when Windows starts, each program will try and grab CPU time so that it can load.
If each program tries to do this at the same time, you soon notice the slow down that occurs, due to your CPU trying to help all the programs to load, and your hard disk accessing multiple files.
Startup Delayer allows you to setup how many seconds after Windows has started, to load each program.
Compatible with Windows 98/ME/2000/XP

ServiceTweaker is a an application to manage and control Windows services.
It shows a list of the current services and you can have full control over them. ServiceTweaker can start or stop a given service. The most important and handy feature is the ability to change the startup type of services, because it allows you to tweak the ones that you don’t need or don’t want at all to be run on your computer.
This frees resources and decreases loading times when Windows is starting up.
You can group the services by display name, startup type or status, giving you more flexibility to navigate the list.
It is a stand-alone application which means it can be run from anywhere. Also, there is an installer for U3 devices and MSI setup for standard Windows installation.

ToolBox is an application launcher for Windows operating systems with many amazing features. Easy to install, you can get going in minutes. Its drag & drop interface creates shortcuts to almost anything; applications, drives, folders, even simple files. ToolBox helps you organise your desktop and get rid of numerous shortcuts that clutter it and take up valuable space.
The first version of ToolBox was written many years ago as a 16-bit Windows 3.1 application using Borland Pascal. Since then many features have been added to it, in order to maximize its usefulness.
A fully portable application, ToolBox does not need installation. All you have to do is unzip the distribution files on a directory and run the executable. Upgrading your operating system does not affect it. Moving it to a different folder is never a problem. To uninstall you just delete the directory you created for the first run.
ToolBox is particularly useful for removable media (USB drives) or as an application launcher in read-only media (CD-ROM).

AutoIt is a freeware BASIC-like scripting language designed for automating the Windows GUI and general scripting. It uses a combination of simulated keystrokes, mouse movement and window/control manipulation in order to automate tasks in a way not possible or reliable with other languages (e.g. VBScript and SendKeys). AutoIt is also very small, self-contained and will run on 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista out of the box with no annoying “runtimes” required! You can even make compiled executable scripts that can run without AutoIt being installed!
AutoIt was initially designed for PC “roll out” situations to reliably configure thousands of PCs, but with the arrival of v3 it has become a powerful language able to cope with most scripting needs.

With VistaMizer you can transform your Windows XP, MCE or Server 2003 into the look of Windows Vista. Therefore over 380 files with new Icons, pictures as well as videos are modified. This means that VistaMizer does not provide own files and change your system files. That has the advantage that VistaMizer works with each language and no changes of the language specifics are made. The installer is so developed that you have completely the change which will be modified and which not. Even if you select files, which are possibly not at all on your system available or not compatible, the application recognizes this and jumps over these. This ensures that the system does not become unstable because of wrong modification. After updates if your system data are overwritten, then a renewal of these is possible by using an extra program that is linked by the VistaMizer. The application examines thereby, which files are updated and re-modify only these. This means a very fast re-modification and it is always the current data in the Backup. However if the result of the installation should not assure to you, you have the possibility to get back the old system by an un-installation. If newer files are already present in the system by updates, this is recognized by the un-installer and only the modified files will be replaced.
