juicyPlayer (HDngn) is a OpenGL API-based Video Player/Engine:
It can use OpenGL and DirectShow to view the video as a texture and is able to interpolate new frames in real-time. This smoothes video playback and reduces block artifacts.
HDngn can have different skins through LUA scripting.
