BD Rebuilder is a free tool that can ‘shrink’ a Blu-ray movie to BD5, BD9 or BD25, keeping all menus or Main movie only.
Please note: This is NOT A DECRYPTER. It is a BD Reencoder and re-authoring package.
Requires AVISYNTH, FFDSHOW and the Matroska Splitter.
