Windows Firewall Ports & Applications Manager can add a single port(Windows Firewall GUI can do that),a range of ports(Windows Firewall GUI can?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t do that) and of course applications.

Also you can make custom port lists which you can save which makes deployment easier.

Small program fast and stable.

There is also a console version of this program.
